Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you reserve a plant, we collect your name, email address, and which plant or collection you’re reserving. We also note how you found us (for example, which link or campaign you came from), so we can understand what’s bringing people to the site. If you contact us directly, we also retain the contents of that communication.

We also collect standard analytics data through Google Analytics as you browse the site: pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location. This is collected automatically and isn’t tied to your name unless you also submit a reservation.

How we use it

We use reservation details only to fulfill your reservation and follow up with you: confirming what you’ve reserved, emailing you when your plant is ready to ship, and answering any questions along the way. We use analytics data to understand how people use the site so we can improve it.

We do not sell your information to third parties.

Who we share it with

We work with a small number of service providers to run this site and fulfill reservations:

• Google Analytics (Google LLC): processes standard site-usage data under Google’s own privacy policy.
• Supabase: the database provider that securely stores your reservation record.

These providers process your information only on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service to us. We don’t share your information with anyone else.

Cookies

Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish visitors and measure site usage. You can opt out of this tracking using your browser’s privacy settings or Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your reservation record, or unsubscribe from reservation emails, at any time by contacting hello@brisaverde.com. We’ll take care of it within a reasonable time.

Changes

As reservations move toward shipping, this policy will be updated to reflect the information we collect as part of fulfillment, such as shipping addresses and payment details. We’ll post the updated policy here with a new effective date.
